excellently devised and carefully mantras are true key to success. We sometimes happens to be in dilemma what to do in certain situations eventhough we are having capabilities and get flummoxed. Really said "hard work i s the short cut to success". I would say always look forward and act positively becoz there is only one way to be happy in life or to get success, "increase your effort."
Indians seem to be ashamed of their dark complexion. Why is the European woman depicted as the paradigm of Beauty? We are not a white-skinned race and unless we reconcile that fact we will continue to offer preferential treament to Europeans.

i have been staying in the US for the past two years. i find indian women beautiful and gorgeous compared to caucasians. i prefer dusky complexioned girls to fair looking girls.
