I have submited LTA all tickets, in my company(Apr2007-Mar2008) in may 2008 they has deducted 20% tax in my LTA i enquired in my accounts dept. if you siubmit in mar 2008 you are exempted in tax you have submited in may then only we deduct 20% tax, can i refund my tax pls advice, and any rules is there.
