Hi Dashrsth,My name is Samir Shukla.I have been into field o health and nutrition since quite some time.I believe diabetes can be reversed with right food, exercise and nutrion program.Multivitamin food supplements can truely help control glucose levels.I am open to have a discussion over phone 09886111126.I live in Bangalore.We conduct optimum health workshops in which we talk about diabetes,how it can be controlled and reveresed to a great extent.And yes,one can live a pill free life.

hi!! Dashrath,

I'm 40 and i discovered the same levels in march 2008, now my blood sugar levels are 110 and 160 respectively, i was on pills but along with that i hit the gym within 4 days of 1and half hour work out which included trad mill-10 min, cross trainer 10 min, 40 min . of aerobic and 20 min of abbs, my sugar level started showing downward trend , and in about 25 days they are running at levels which i mentioned above, so, this could be one way if you want to try.

thanks and happy diabeties managment.

Foods for Diabetics
by mtv on Sep 12, 2006 05:28 PM  | Hide replies

All through my 7 years as an MBBS student and then as a doctor in a diabetes research centre, i was made to believe that sugar was the greatest culprit in diabetics! strange, that some layman is spreading such 'accurate' knowledge to other laymen about salt being the real villian!
sarcasm aside, our concern is appreciated, but please spread knowledge and facts only when you are sure of them;
and no, i never knew sucrose could leach calcium from bones either!
