Hi, I am 21. My body is very lean and fit. However, due to my work routine I have got my tummy out as the work I do is all while sitting on a chair, come home and sleep. I dont have fat at all apart from the tummy. What should I do???

I have been doing abdominal exercises and yoga since the past 5 years. I do have good-looking abdominals even at 30 plus. My question is, I am scheduled to have surgery for Inguinal Hernia next week. After this surgery, can I continue doing yoga and abdominal exercises? Please reply.
