request celearify, that if I AM PURCHASING A HOUSE BY ARRANGING HOME LOAN FROM THE BANK, AND REPAYING BY UTILYSING THE THE FULL AMOUNT OF CAPITAL GAIN, WHAT WILL BE THE TAX PROVISION AND THE RATE OF TAXES. WITHIN ONE YEAR

I had purchased house in March 1975 for value Rs.40000/- and have sold it in July 2009 for Value Rs. 3200000/- What would be the Fair Market Value of my Property? How much Capital Gain would I have to Pay?

I hv agreed to sell my housing site in the year 1995 and fixed the price as Rs.45,000. Now I wish to execute the sale deed for the same amount. The market price of the site now is Rs.13,50,000. If so what would be the capital gain tax that I have to pay.
