I am Nath frm Hyderabad. Sir, I have got a lot of problem with acne, i am not sure of which type of acne it is, as i am wheatish in color, i can see a red colour pimples on my face and near nose. In the past i have used a acne cream called Erytop, but the result is none.....I have a little oily skin. I am using the face wash os garnier daily...........but still, I am facing a great problem with this, So please help me in this matter.

I am 27, a professional in a software firm situated in Pune. After bath I have noticed that I experience dryness of skin - especially face and hands (also on fingers above the nails). I use 'Godrej's Cinthol' brand soap.
Also after post shaving and applying an after-shave (Denim), I have seen that there are white flakes on some areas on my face due to dryness.
Please advice what kind of soap / action should be taken as a preventive measure.
