Sir, I have heard that visa to US is not given if the person doesn't have a Surname. Is it the same for a student visa as well? The name is like Aa Bb, where Bb is the nick-name given by parents.

sir, my visa is been rejected twice in a span of one month and i'm trying for the third time but there are no slots available but i booked my slot by answering "no" to the question asked before booking the slot i.e. " is your visa refused twice in 12 months?"... will it cause a problem or can i explain the visa officer about my university deadline... please give me a suggestion...

hello sir, recently I got the i-20 from Ferris state university, but it is along with the ESL program, this is because of my low and poor TOEFL score(56), and i secured 950 in GRE and I have good acads with first class(67%). and remaining docs like financial docs and funding are every thing are up to the mark. I have completed my graduation in 2009(B.Tech CSE),want to pursue Master's in CS now i got my I-20 from lamar university but it's my 2nd I-20 bcoz firstone i got from ESL as first time my toefl was 65 so applied in FDU through ESL then i applied for VISA and got rejected,now i got I20 from lamar for masters in computer science as bridge program student as my toefl is still low (71),so what are my chances and what should i answer if VO ask me about my rejection last time?I am very tense so plzzzz help me out..plzzzzzzzzzzzz
