Hello, m 29 years old. My earnig is Rs. 10,000 / month. I still don't have house of my own, but planning to buy one. For that i hardly have Rs.2 lac ready, rest i've to take loan. My monthly expenditure is Rs.6000/-including rent Rs.3500/-, Bike loan Rs.1000/- and rest home needs. I am damn confused with the proceeding. Please guide me in the same.
