Hi all It seems youth needs inspiration from movies like B n B. (Please dont remind me of this movie even for some inspiration I know there is not much of masti, nor i give any izzat to that movie n i dont see any matlab in that movie)
But very weak article. I guess we can expect better stuff from Rediff.com. Also matlab, izzat n masti scales depend on oneself.
I guess dimensions that she picked are great, but the way they are defined just loses everything.
I can say that bcoz I myself started from a call centre and am currently working with an upcoming mutual fund co. as an IRO. It gives me an immense sense of satisfaction bcoz I was able to achieve this because of the need for job satisfaction!!!!
