sir, I feel u r only taking money but u r dealings r very poor.Without using your card from the time of commencement a bill of Rs 1200.00 is comings towards me for payment.also when i try to call there is no response .when the card has been issued the agent has told us that if we don't use the card for more than 6 months then it will be terminated but there is nothing so .so plz tell me where to contact about this problem.
I hold SBI Credit Card. They came to my place when i got the card. But when i had some queries , they dont have any office except customer care numbers and a Post bag number (delhi). Customer Care executives always transfer calls to some other and it goes on, but no proper response/answers for the queries. They have drop box only at SBI branches, and if i ask anyone regarding card details at branch, the response "SBI BANK NO RELATION WITH SBI CARDS. IF YOU WANT, DROP THE CHEQUE IN THE DROP BOX OR CALL CUSTOMER CARE NUMBER". Its really bad.

very correct. I have been issued a SBI Card by bank not yet delivered to me but i am receiving statement of Card. HORRIBLE SERVICE
Refering your article "No more Credit card agony" point number 3 in precautions list suggests the one should be around while the card is being swiped and the attendant should not be allowed to note down the details viz name, card number expiry date etc. But the charge slip that the trader keeps already has all these information clearly printed. So the attendant doesn't actually 'need' to note down anything. Shouldn't that be disallowed to print these details on the charge slips?

I guess CVV number will not be there in the charge slip, which is required to make online purchases.
Hi, In the article it has been mentioned that one should accompany the credit card. This is because when you give the attendant the card, he/she has the access to the details embossed on the credit card. Now, I have a question. When we sign the charge slip and handover it to the attendant. now, if you notice the charge lip also contains the information that is embossed on the card. So again there is no security. The attendant at any point of time take the details from the slip itself. In this case we are left with the trust in the person.
In list of don't, The point #2 is that CC number shud not be disclosed, but when we have any Query nowadays, we need to call the Customer care and He will ask the CC# as well as other Personal details.
