i want to know that
if i made profits from shares during fy 2009-10
is it taxabl, if yes then at what rate. pl advise me in this regarda in details.

 Which challan form to be filled to pay tax?

I have allocated some share from IPO and i sold them within 1 year. Now should i have to pay tax as a Short Term Capital gain. If yes which challan form would i have to fill?
