It is a very good article and i will now check if i have done nomination in all my investments or not.
I want to know that if i nominate my minor child , then do i have to specify some guardian also and if something happens to me does the minor get all the money at that very age or does the minor have to wait till the time he/ she attains age of 18
Would a simple document listing the benefeciaries would serve as a will? Is there a defined procedure for creating the will (stamp paper, registration with a body, witnesses, notarizing, etc.)? Does it change from state to state in India?
