Hi, My name is umair zafar.I have good grammar knowledge but i am not able to use in my spoken english,I can speak in front of any person but i make many grammar mistake that's why I am able to select in any BPO interviews so far.

Dear Mam Thanx for ur advise it is very good and practical for freshers as well as the experienced. exactly what happens these small things are very important for the experienced guys as they somewhere dont follow these rules and they don't present themselves as disciplined and interested as a fresher do. Here ur tips work for them.
i have a personal query that i have been interviewed by many a companies. most of them has given this assurance that we will get back to you or we will let u know.y companies dont reveal the actual facts and y they never contact the person, saying that we could not give u this opportunity because u have this problem or we were looking for this man with attitude. I think these help should be done so that we can at least learn what is missing in us.
