Its a must ! focus on courses which enhance the experience gathered.. also an opportunity to diversify in new fields..
though availability of certain courses.. distance format.. is limited.. Universities should invite intentions from prospective students.. based on popularity.. introduce new courses !
If any organisation starts such exercise.. consider my choice coming in fastest !!
I think for professinals today who want to achieve greater heights and promotions in the organisation they are working.... apart from experience they need basic qualification for qualifying certain posts. So I think this is the good way to go about. Also for the students who don't have money and want to pursue MBA this is the good option. This kind of degrees should be encouraged and should be given equal importance, as a regular PG.
