we are paying tax on yearly basis salary or monthly basis salary?
our salary is not in uniform way like 10050/- pm or some time 25000/- pm.
our basic salary is 10050/-pm and due to some TA,DA and other allowances making more for us. so we have to pay tax on our basic or whole amount. how to save money ??

if possible as soon as i need answer

You must invest the savings in mutual funds so they are taken apart from the salary and are not meant for income tax...

Yes. You can, if you are 18 of age and from your occupation, I am sure you are elder than 18 years. So you CAN have a PAN account!
I am a B.Sc 1st year student and I do have a PAN...

This is the best article that I have read in a very long time. And if it is a honour to be an Indian than one must opt to have a PAN and pay his taxes.
But their is one problem here I guess. Many a Indian earns big time even with a small business,yet few other have good salaried jobs in good companies with all benifits. Yet many others earn very little in insecure jobs, have small savings with low bank interest rates and TDS deductions. I do not think this is a fare practice to tax these individuals.
