First of all if there is any crisis in the business expecsially family business the entire family should support,2nd thing is a chance should be given to Rakesh because he is trying to know the current market business,its not that his father become old and could not estimate the problem,but according to me neither quarreling the issue this should be sloved by both of them along with the office staff opinion stating if this so and so situation comes what is the solution.and explain the entire problem and how many days or months need to be covered inorder to clear the loan,and simantiounsly the owner of the company should take of the employees because at this last stage employees plays a major role,they should be provided with bonus or incentives etc so that they retain the company which is more important at this situation.if rakesh is going to take a major step in the business it should be taken under the guidence of his father,explain him detail about the more profit and any loss to the company, here cooperation and team work plays a MAJOR ROLE to eliminate the problem.if i was in rakesh position then i will definetly discuss this matter with my father.find solut rather confliting
