Hi. I am 24 and am very over weight due to heridity and severe jaundice , that i suffered some 15 to 16 years back. I have checked for all hormonal abnormality, nothing is reported. I am looding weight by following the excercises as said and a Genral Motors diet plan. but still i need to rapidly loose inches and weight from my stomach and thigs. Kindly suggest.

When I was 14, I weighed 160 at 5 4, I got some 5lb. weights, a pilates mat and I would strectch, jog up and down the stairs, lift the weights and do 100 crunches everyday. Repeat the strectch, jog, weightlifting and crunces twice a day. I did it all in my room and didn't tell anyone, they were just surprised to see the pounds melt away! Also, drink plenty water and hot tea! the hot tea really worked for me, I drank 3 cups a days, and ate a little bit less. Good Luck!

Hi, I am 33yrs,5.11 weight 100, I need to come down to 78 Kg, Last year I had brisk walk for about an hour daily which realy helped, i lost 18kgs in 3 months but due to my job package I don't get time for excercise is there any alternative to loose weight.
