after many attempts at making resolutions and then breaking them i am following a simple resoltuion for the past few years, it is to Just keep breathing ;-)
I think one should write down his new year's resolutions and also set a time frame for the resolutions. Then monitor and assess whether you are near to your commitment.
As they say Promises are meant to be broken... how abt resolutions....?? well My resolution for this year is getting back my love...quit smoking... drinking... Learning Guitar... French...Giving time to myself... Reducing my phonebill.... credit card bill... investing somewhere .... Joining an NGO ... n what else...yeah.. working out iin GYM... Lets see which one i can meet...
Hi, y do u need new yr to make any resolution? if u r determined to do something u can do it without new yrs anyways. u dont need to wait for tht one day to make any resolutions....

ya maya you are right upto some extent. but still it gives motivation that last year we did not meet the target/expectation so lets do this time. Anitya
