need help
by on Sep 07, 2007 05:18 PM

Hi sir am from the philippines
this is my case

I already have sponsorship from the US, i will be interview in the embassy this coming november for my H1b visa. Last year my parents and I were interview for tourist visa, I declared my occupation as a student ( my 2nd course as a mechanical engineering student but already finished my BS- Computer engineering). I was denied then but my parents were given a multiple tourist visa. I was not able to declare that I am already working at that time. My worry is does it will affect my previous occupation to my upcomming interview this november?

Thanks

us visa application inquiry
by roy on Jul 05, 2006 02:54 PM

Sir, I would like to ask regarding on how will I write my surname in my us visa application. My surname is hyphenated as what it appears in my passport. The software for the online application cannot recognize characters other than the english alphabet (hyphen in my case). How will I then write my surname in my application (mahanay or mahan ay). Will it really matter if I write either of the two. Thanks

applying for L1,should spouse apply separately for L2
by shripati on May 24, 2006 03:51 PM

Hi

I am having one query, I am applying for L1 B Individual Visa in this week. while applying for visa i am single, but after two weeks i am getting married.
i want to travel with my spouse, her passport is ready but with maiden name.
i come to know that after marriage, i have to submit her passport and marriage certificate for including my name on her passport.
so i wanted to know that weather she has to apply seperately for L2, or during my personal appearance for visa i can take her with me for visa interview along with marriage certificate, marriage photo's and her new passport(with my name included). please provide me some guideline.

BL1 refusal on 221G
by amrit on Mar 08, 2006 01:58 PM

Hi I went to VISA stamping last month and my BL1 visa was refused because of 221g. They asked me to send a letter from my supervisor as to what is my contribution to client and what specialized knowledge i do have.
They asked me to drop it into drop box.

Do I have chance of getting the VISA.
If yes how long will it take to process the same.
