Well i've not done my post graduation till yet but I can share the author's feeling b'coz I joined a big MNC at noida when i was just 21. Now after spending 2 years there at same place,I can safely that management is all about managing people. From egoistic seniors to bitchy colleagues I've seen them all and learnt from my mistakes. I learnt multitasking and how to get your work done without offending anybody. Now I feel that these 2 years have been the best of my life. I've met so much fantastic people at my office whom I'll never forget. They are my real friends...for life.

Did you say "Language is bad" Budy, maybe you should re-read your own response to the afore mentioned article, its yuor language thats not only bad but deplorable! And you're in australia! I don't think you even understood this article. God bless your poor soul!
But what I feel is that, in the greed of learning life, I have left my home.
My education can't let me go back to my home for my career. I have to stay away to more advanced countries and places. I will miss more human responsibility of caring for my parents and country.
Here in Melbourne, Australia, I believe, I have gained nothing except money. I missed my family, country and social life.
Anyway, I have learnt a lot in life being away from home, but this cost of leaving home is too much. Can anyone suggest me some alternatives to this cost?

Yes, life itself seems so strange. How much ever you seem to think you have understood a person, you see a new facet, which takes you aback at times. This should all be taken as learning experience than to brood/cry over. That way, life seems to mature
The experiences of Mr Harnoor Channi are synonymous with those of mine which i am going through now. Hostel life teaches us to be independent, depending on ourselves, coping with others etc. So according to me these are the skills which are required for a manager today.
Well..without taking any credit away from the thoughtful article, i would like to mention that the credibility factor becomes important if we take views from individuals who have established credentials in the corporate world; Rather than a fresh out of college graduate who wants to justify his decisions.
I am in the second year of one of the top management schools and have worked for considerable no. of years before joining.
Hmmm thts true...but wen it wud come to family life and work...u wud be good managin....the latter but the family, relationships everything wud look pretty weird and confusin...makin u more frustrated at workk...So being at home and managing ur projects makes u more strong at livin two lives...!!!
