i want to ask that we know how to start but i don,t know how to include myself in it if the discussion is ongoing i am not able i forget what to speak and speak unnecessary things without sense

for this we must have awareness of all the topics of latest ongoings be bold enough to express ur views fully think that u r the superior and manage to bring all the points to ur mind speak openly.practise yoga to control ur selves.Have courage to speak think that the person surrounded u also does not have any idea abt the topic but they pretends of knowing be clear of all the topics and be the person to start and stop the GD.

WHENEVER YOU SPEAKS THEN YOU SHOULD BE CONCENSTRATE ABOUT YOURSELF THAT WHAT WOULD YOU LIKE TO SPEAK AND WHICH TOPIC YOU ARE DISCUSSING RELIZE MUCH AND MORE ABOUT THAT TOPIC BEFORE SPEAK FIRST OF ALL YOU SHOULD WRITE ON THE TOPIC IN REGISTER.THANK YOU
