myself is ganesh nayak and i'm intrested in individual outsourcing/homeshoring. can u get me ideas of websites related to it and if possible give me
2-3 websites.

i want to say that no one borns with quality, exp. and knowledge. whatever he takes, he takes from here
and he must have been faced lots of problem during job. i would say that u should remove ur hesitation and lack of confidence. don't think i have to perform the job. u should take an interview as a easy game which every one has to play.Thanks
