I have purchased a flat and home loan have been fully disbursed in October 2016.My Emi will begin from November2016.Possessin letter is not given to me as Occupancy Certificate is due till few more months.Can I get any tax benefit in current financial year 16-17.Please guide.Vijay
I have taken a loan from the HDFC around 24 Lakhs and going forward I have am disbussing the partial amount of loan around 14 Lakhs.
Suppose my construnction will complete in next fiscal year (After march 2013) then which option from pre-EMI and EMI will be better for me by the angle of tax exemptions and principle repayment angle.
Can i do part pre-payment during the pre-emi tenure of the home loan? This will reduce the EMI i will pay later on? Basically the construction phase is 2 yrs.
