This was truely a wonderful write-up. It does make us realize how precious our little ones are! Every moment of their chidhood can be made more joyfull, and we as parents can cherish for ever these memorable moments - the true joys of life.
The list provided by the author is an eye opener and I have taken a printout of the same.Fast life of today is taking its toll on the feelings of love and innocence. They are slowly becoming so incomprehensible to time starved adults of today that they are scoffed at by them as a waste of time.Today adults have their own definitions of happiness ranging from excellence in one's own profession to superior(?) lifestyle vis-a-vis your neighbour. We have unknowingly crushed sweetness in relationships by giving undue importance to money and it's principles so much so that we have forgotten that these principles have no relevance in matters of heart.Infact they work exactly oppositely. We have become over aggressive and over competitive by nature. And these very traits have given death blow to sweetness which is a basic ingredient for any relationship to survive. The results are there for everybody to see-divorces,rise in pornography(remember daily MMS episodes), prostitution, suicides etc.I welcome such articles which try to drift us back to humanity.
please read this from your HEART..its true that we miss lot of good things in life..the list might not be exhaustive but is truly compeling you to check if you have done few...
sadly we indians need to realise and re-invent the art of living due to the work pressures that have developed in the recent times..
great going..looking forward to more good articles..
A lovely article....probably could have been written better...but amazing stuff...things we miss out on with our family...it works equally well with other key people in your family....spouse/mom/dad/bro/sis...
Wow, and i thought that i was the only one here who believed that family especially children are the most important. yes, i am of the opinion that we have but a few years with our kids. i am a pathetic photographer but i love to shoot mi son and keep as many pics as i can. I wish ther was a forum wher we parents withthe same ideas get to gether to share our experiences problems and even help one another in becoming better parents.
