i claim in service tax in my work like as civil construction i claim in the total grass value sum=x and and i deduct the vat amount including on 67% in grass value up to now i claime service tax in 33% labour but now some one told to me to deduct thr vat on labour amt also isn't correct
I have event management company since from last year some of my client after raising bill they don't pay the amount then how i should slove the problem.
