Dear Sir,
I have learned alot from your article.
It is sad that this article did not come out earlier. I am presently on holiday.
You did not mention what premium would have to be paid if you are older.
However, you have given very valuable tips which I am keep for future reference.
I only hope and pray I have none of the above mishaps.
With best wishes.
Yours sincerely.
Veronica Irene Rajah.

Travel Insurance...
by Abhai Tripathi on Apr 28, 2005 03:16 PM

I suggest that whoever goes for a travel insurance, please clarify all the terms and conditions very carefully other wise it is near impossible to get any claim from them especially in the cases of baggage delays and lost goods. I met the same fate while travelling from Cathay pacific. My baggage was delayed for 3 weeks and all the expensives were stolen from it. I didn't get a single pi back from TATA AIG as I was suppose to produce all the bills of expenditures which I never preserved as it was no where mentioned. Instead what was written was time period and amount applicable. So be careful if you want your money to be reimbursed... Any day, atlest it gives you some hope...
