Hi, I started my carrier in 2003. My communication skills and spoken English were too bad. I joined a domestic call center. I switched to blended process(international) after 2 years then I moved to voice call center I joined my current company three years back for a blended process. I have given TL-IJP interview three times. I was out from the very first round, which was GD round. Second time, I reached in the final round from the 70 applicants. It was one and half year back, As my company didn't had so many TL opening. I opted to be a trainer and migrated a process. I performed very well in this role. One more I always performed well in any role in this industry. There was another Ops TL opening was here in the last month. I applied for it and I cleared only GD round. The feedback is yet to be shared with me as this IJP has not been closed. There is one more IJP now days which is for TL training. I have been asked by my training supervisor to apply for it. I always wanted to be in Ops, however it is almost 7 years in this industry, what if I go for the training department. What do you suggest, I really appreciate your help and suggetion
dear natasha, i read almost all of ur replies and i found them splendid, this is the first time i am writing to u, well actually i m chemical engg but presently i hve been wrking in a domestic call center in indore since last 6 months, nw i wana switch to a international one..i wana ask u is bpo a good option to go with as far as life long career is concern? and second i heard frm word of mouth tht nwdays, some bpo have started funding for further education for ther employee's like mba etc ? plz do reply me as soon as possible.
