from last five years i am having migraine problem. for that allopathy dr. adviced me to take mdcn.sibelium 5mg at my bed time.eventhough i suffering from this ache.whenever i control my hungry and sleep i should get definitely migraine head ache. what is the reason for this?
i take valance od 250 mg at bed time. while in the morning i take homeopathic medicin (relaxhed R-16). allopathy med is prescribed by a docter. homeopathy medicine was suggested by a medico. he said to me take homeo pathy medicine with allopathy med
i want to know whether this is right or may proov dangerous to me.

In the article, you have cited so many reasons that can trigger Migraine. However, I would like to know, how can I know that out of the 10 reasons given, which one is most likely to trigger for an individual.

Everytime you have a headache, immediately make a list of things you did / what you ate and after a while you'll realize there is a common factor thats causing the headache and that would be your Migraine Trigger Factor.
For example, everytime I got a headache, I realized it was when the bright sunlight hit my eyes, so I now use an umbrella and wear really dark glasses.
