laughing is the best medicine. the article is of great interesting to people who alway be in a pensive mood.People should always be positive to avoid unnecessary stuff. The secret of happiness lies in how positive you are. Because happiness is the state of the mind. we alwalys bother about others rather than ourselves, there by wasting a lot of time in critisizing and commenting This increases the negetive aspects of the person, which we should avoid to save from life being miserable

The health tips especially on the hypertension are very good.

Laughter is the best medicine.

It is not only the diet, it it the sleep everyday we take also plays a role in the hypertension.

It is also the sex life (normal) that has a role in the hypertension.

I request you in this connection you please put good jokes in the net for the health of a very good number of people.

For some years now we have been improving our daily tone of living and functioning with our early morning laughing exercises. Our Laughing Club of Alto Porvorim and other sister laughing clubs of Mira-Mar Panjim, Ponda, Mapusa and Bicholim have all been initiated in this exercise of laughing by a Mumbai team led by one Dr.Kataria. Greater the spontaneity in our laughter greater is the over all tone of our freshness and well being. Laughter is a tremendous dose of tonic we take together every morning !

This is a very good article. I did the Art of living course recently and I think thats one of the most comprehensive living techniques I have learnt.

It gives you all the required tools to be Mr. Diet, Mr. Quiet and Mr. Merry.
