For some years now we have been improving our daily tone of living and functioning with our early morning laughing exercises. Our Laughing Club of Alto Porvorim and other sister laughing clubs of Mira-Mar Panjim, Ponda, Mapusa and Bicholim have all been initiated in this exercise of laughing by a Mumbai team led by one Dr.Kataria.
