I underwent ceasearean operation in 2003 and have put on weight around waist and stomach. Pls help me to reduce the weight around these areas by way of exercise and diet. Are there any specific diets which i should follow. My height is 5'3 and wt is 65kgs. Pls help.
Hi, I am a 35 yrs old housewife. I had a spinal injury 19 years ago. I was very very slim till I got married and then delivery 4 years ago. After my delivery I have been unable to reduce weight, my appetite has increased considerably and have developed a sweet tooth.
I am unable to do much exercise due to weekness and sensory loss in lower limbs. I get tired very soon. However I manage to walk (slowly) for about 45-60 mins during the day. I am very heavy on hips (48 inc.) and hence find it very difficult to walk continously.
My question is: can u help me out with a diet and exercise routine so that I can reduce weight without too much exertion.

I am 6ft. 1 inch tall. my weight shooted to 107 kgs. i have been using the treadmill for a few months and have been successful in reducing my wt. to 89 kgs. i walk/run for aprox 6 kms buring around 600-625 calories daily. As of now, i do not have any problem with my knees. If i continue using the treadmill , are there any health issues specially any damage to the knees.
Hi Samreedhi, I work on weight machines on the days I do my aerobics (ellipticals or treadmill), say, 40 mins of aerobic and 15-20 mins of strength training machines. Is this OK? If not, why?
