The article is really good and very close to what really happens. We usually go for coffee breaks to de-stress ourself and often try to play pranks among ourselves...Then group chit chat is normal and very effective in de-stressing us...After a hard days work these are the things that make u feel comfortable and bring back life in you...
good friends are assets,But the type of relationship matters. It is easy to make others unhappy,But it is difficult to make others laugh.when loneliness creeps, humour is the best stress guard
During the hectic schedule of the day to day work, a little laugh and time pass is required. This will help you to work more effectively. Continous work without any entertainment, will make you feel at the end of the day that you are dying of work. A little time pass in between will ease your work pressure
It is true some break inbetween working hours is a meaningful idea to get over the monotony and rejuvenates the body & mind to take up the next assignment in full throttle. But,it sounds well for those who really get fatigue.Whereas in many of the govt/corporation/semi-govt offices, this idea has no sense,as the employees already enjoy this as a matter of right knowingly or unknowingly.Seeing them in their seats is a rare sight and getting the work done is an achievement.Well, even for a small work, the manner in which they put things across to us is more disgusting.By pilingup all files on their tables to show to others that they are the real toilers in the society and bonded labour in their work spot, is a common sight in govt offices. But,once they are pleased with something extra(normally they project themselves as if they are not paid any salary by the govt but still they work for the sake of the people and their welfare)the time they take to identify our papers and clearing it is amazing. They know the strict procedures as in vogue and equally how to violate as exceptions.Their life is full of health & wealth and they die not so early. They deserve no such breaks but sacking only.
