Well now its impossible to revoke the subsidy. Now that congress is back it will increase the subsidy. The money is coming from temples - Mujarai. If BJP would have withdrawn Congress would have taken advantage and it will say BJP is anti Muslim. So it wont happen. Govt does give some kind of subsidy to travel to Manasarovar. But there is no advertisement. To appease the minority vote bank they will give full publicity. Jai hind.

Why BJP didn't stopped Haj pilgrims R given subsidy when they were in power for 6 years from 1998-2004.

They would have probably done that had they got a majority on their own. For this you have to vote BJP to get more than 272 seats which was not the case. Satisfied?!!

By same going Kasab should have been hanged now. Law will take its own course and gave its verdict when NDA was about to loose power, then we had 5 years which UPA consumed by sleeping over the file.
