Till the court proves him guilty of the charges of rash driving, he is innocent.He did not drive rashly to kill anybody on purpose,,,there are far worse charges against others

It is unfair to project such cases....as serious type. All those who take up issues in the interest of public are bound to have faced such charges. Gandhiji was involved in several such protests during freedom struggle. It is in the very bad taste that Rediff covered this news item ....too much misleading. Imagine the hurt it causes to the family members, friends, relatives and followers of these leaders. The concerned should put up defamation case against the culprits of this mischievious act.

Very well said. Also these criminals were elected by the people too. This reveals the poth holes in our electroral system and politics in general.
Also the inability or crooked nature of the media which projected a bandit like Laloo for the last 4 years.
Congress is dead party anyways got into the government just by luck and not having a proper opposition. All the crooks ganged with them (Like SP,BSP,RJD,LJP,left against BJP in one way or the other and AIDMK and TDP too(they tasted the salt for it))
