India will become the best and strongest nation only when her citizens are true Indian from their heart. We have a blessed land with blessed people who are regarded as brilliant if not the healthiest. We have adequate resources of water, minerals, crude, gold, arable land and we need to make proper use of it. We need to come out of stupid politics like regionalism, casteism, religionalism and any other stupidism. Hindus should vote for a good leader not just a BJP shivsena leader. A Muslim should raise their voice against pro pakistani people living in our country and should not support any terrorist activity directly or indirectly. They should also vote for good leaders not just a muslim or the one told by their clergy. Christian should raise their voice against forceful conversion and should work for the upliftment of all section of people not just Christians. We do not want a North, East, West and South India but rather INDIA.

Good points. I would also like to add- Anthony is a good guy- you know why? He is a declared atheist! No more butlickingtojesus! Jesusisdead! Ain't gonnacomeback.
Another point: If Hindus were not brod-minded, congress has ZERO chance to get elected! With 75% Hindus1, and if they have voted on religion base, how congress won? because Hindus1 are sickular, that is why.
Now compare that to realshitheads-themuzlims and xtainbastards: It is ALL about religion.
The Defence Ministry or any other Ministry making high profile purchases which involves enormous monetary outlay should appoint random persons (Friend of the Government) to advise it, in the final round before a 'firm order'. These FoGs can be called anytime and they need not keep a panel for this. The FoGs be remunerated handsomely and requested to hand over a 'one-time' advisory.

Good idea. A comittee of Minister, Retired Spreme/High Court Judge/Padma Bhushan/Padma Vibhushan recipient/Secretary of the concerned Ministry/Chief of Army or Airforce or Navy should decide all major purchases. We can avoid Bofirs and worry about how much money is there in Swiss banks(70 Lakh or 30 Lakh crores). St Anthony should start this approach in his ministry. He only can initiate such a step.
This rascal has to be closely monitored. When he was elected as the Chief Minister of Kerala, the Church proclaimed that we had a good Christain at the helm. Only time will tell whether we have a paragon or jackyl in desguise.

Your ignorance and falsehood shows in your comments. He is not a christian and has openly said he does not believe in GOD. Why would the church be happy that he was made a CM?

AK Antony is the only clean person in the whole cabinet. It is your ignorance to feel so about him. He is referred as St. Antony in the media recently. If we blame such clean politicians, we are doing something grave. We should show highest regard to such a person. Congress is full of corrupt politicians and he is a misfit in the outfit. Mr. Vivek to say this.
Now that they got Q to get out his money, and the law(!) minister who helped eased out, they can claim that no more such things will happen. Wait until the next deal shows some murky happening?
Nice joke Mr Antony.. You are sleeping over an ageold case in Bofors. Your Govt has put all its energy in providing clean chit to Qutrochi. Your ex PM says " Corruption is a Global Phoenomenon". If you want to keep your job please keep it for the Media's consumption alone who will gratify you and Rahul Gandhi for this statement.

Otherwise what was the need to defreeze Q's accounts, and he moved out the money within 24 hours. This was done by HR Bharadwaj.

Every PROJECT a Contractor executes in India * he must give 10% of project value as COMMISSION aka PARTY FUND to govt irrespective of the political party in Government (Congress, BJP, Communists etc) * he must spend 20% on local goons and officials so that they do not DELAY, DISRUPT and DESTROY the project work * he gets 20% profit before TAX Hence the ACTUAL project is WORTH only 50% in India.

It is a mistory why Bharadwaj did not get a berth in the cabinet for showing his loyalty by letting big Q off the CBI hook. Perhaps he will become VP or P of the country. How the Swiss Banks have assets worth 70L K belonging to Indians. Most of this was accumilated during the Licence Raj days of 70s, 80s and part of 90s. With this kind of money power, how can saffron coloured BJP(these foolish guys call themselves nationalists but do not know how to win elections and save the nation) can come back to power

Those election results could be the harbinger of the fate India awaits. Both enemies within and outside trying to dictate the course will surely fail if it intends to pursue the fate of South American in changing its inherent character.

NY- You are a moronby birth! Every project all over the world contractors eat loits of money. Take the "Big Dig" project in Boston, the world's largest civil engineering project started in mid 1980's, completed in 2004. 15 billion dollars, lots of money eaten by contractors, much of the work is shoddy at best.
Re: Truth
by CHANDRA KORADA on May 27, 2009 10:23 PM
50% is too much. Established studies showed that in India, only 24-26% reaches the actual project( you had forgotten the administrative cost of the govt departments which is around 25%).

Till now no proof has been received that Gandhi family took money for Bofors. NDA had 6 years to prove the truth and nothing came out. MrQ should be brought to justice no doubt about that. Till there is proof you cant blame some one. How muc did BJP leaders make in the kargil war? Why isnt anyone blaming them? Are they above the law?

NDA did nothing to book the nation's looters. They concentrated their enrgies on Hindutva, a word that can not be properly explained by some of the most senior party functioneries.
