What a joke?
by Rushmore on May 27, 2009 07:05 PM

This Government and quality of governance...Tell me that Ajmal Kasav is repenting what he did, that China is democratic and that Taliban is secular and I'll believe all these.

SANGH PARIWAR DUG THEIR OWN GRAVE
by daytime saint on May 26, 2009 06:55 PM

Through extremist acts and propogating hatred against fellow Indians, they dug thier own pit.

They showered all the dirt on Sonia and Rahul, yet they lost dearly. BJP learned the bitter truth through the election that people of India dont believe them.

The time BJP lost the likes of Vajpayee and Pramod Mahajan, the moderate flavor of the party was gone. Now its a puppet in the hands of RSS. Majority of Indians love peace and harmony and they realised that the radicals who lead the party now are a threat to India's domestic peace.

Its hightime Sangh Pariwar be dispersed.

WEAKEST PM
by daytime saint on May 26, 2009 06:49 PM

This is for all the BJP wallas who were barking in this forum, prior to the election about MM Singh being the weakest.

let me tell you.....THE WEAKEST PM WOULD HAVE BEEN L.K ADVANI, had he come to power. he would have been a puppet in the hands of RSS,Bajrangdal & all the radicals. But the people of India realised that and kicked the BJP away.

all the nonsense of noise you Sangh parivar made about Sonia, Rahul and the entire congress brigade went for nothing...People of India voted enbloc for Congress and they came back stronger than before. So what do you say now you Sangh Pariwar Militia?

Rotten ideology of RSS putting BJP in trouble
by mandar on May 26, 2009 01:12 PM  | Hide replies

Not BJP but RSS is the main reason for the defeat of BJP. BJP should liberate itself from the shackles of RSS and its various children in the form of VHP, Bajrangi, Sadhvi, Purohit etc. BJP, under Vajpayee Sahab, had done really a great job. It is not the fanaticism and negative approach towards minorities of Modi & Advani that will take BJP any further. If the BJP toes the line of Sangh parivar they will surely go back to their 1984 tally of 2 MPs very soon.

India needs strong 2 party system. BJP can develop itself as a strong alternatve to Congress which is heavily dependent on dynastic rulers. However blaming the voters, the media and all those who are opposed to Sangh Parivars views and their methods of butchering the minorities will give them nothing.

RSS is trying to put its blame on BJP. RSS should introspect itself for its fanatic views and as a social orgnstn should remain away from politics. Their involvement in BJP affairs is detrimental to both RSS & BJP. IF RSS can not, BJP on itself should snap its ties with RSS and give a new outlook as a modern party fighting for the real causes of suffering people of India. It should stop depending heavily on Brahmins & Baniyas.

The real master stroke would be to keep away the RSS, VHP, Bajrangi and other fanatics who are engaged in violent methods and pouring poison in the society. Not many, other than Brahmins, agree with the views of RSS. Though they try to show patriotism, their ideology is corrupt and inhuman.

What were the issues that the 'BJP communalists' raised for loosing
The issue of the Kashmiri Hindous. Was that wrong?
Or demanding revocation of the POTA and stringent measures against terrorists?
Or the agitation for the Amarnath land and preservation of the unique world heritage and a symbol of faith like the Ram Sethu?
The nationalists opposed the divisive politics of Raj Thackeray, who was propped up by the Congress to counter the Shiv Sena. Was opposing Raj wrong?
They were responsible for Pokaran-II and were committed to preserve our rights for Pokaran-III if needed. Was that against the national interest?
On the eve of the polls they said forget 1984, but remember Gujarat. What mentality did it show?
The nationalists wanted Article 370 to go and Kashmir fully integrated with the rest of India. Was that against national integration?
Should India be governed on religious fragmentation and parochial chauvinism or on the basis of egalitarianism, equal rights and privileges to all rising above the communal lines?
Let everyone ponder -- Hindous have been continuously assaulted for the last 1,200 years. Do they have a right to preserve their heritage and way of life after a partitioned independence or not?

REAL VICTORY FOR biased INDIAN MEDIA.
by Balaraman on May 26, 2009 12:26 PM

It is time for BJP to own a TV news channel else they will persih
Every media is owned by overseas Christian organisations. It was difficult to believe but the Election coverage by TV Media is prooving the point.
BUT NOW IT IS PROVED BEYOND DOUBT.
(1)No TV Media aired the News on the suicide of Senior Vadhera. If any such death had
happened in the family of a BJP person, the Media would have gone agog with the
news.
(2)Teestha Setalwad was exposed of creating most of the Gujarat Riot Stories and in
fact taken the Supreme court almost for a ride.Imagine a similar offence by the
opposite side. There would have been discussions, hen fights, opinion polls and
SMS surveys.

The MEDIA OF THIS DECADE WILL BE REMEMBERED FOR AGES TO COME. IT IS A BLOT ON JOURNALISM.

Is there any Indian who will lodge a criminal case on Testha Setalwad for her crimes against the communal harmony of this country?

Humble plea to PM Pls do not divide the nation further
by annamalai on May 26, 2009 09:54 AM  | Hide replies

Latest in the series of controversies centred on the Congress party’s fixation with Muslim grievances is the data collection exercise involving the Indian Armed Forces.
It is irrelevant and mischievous to mention about caste-based divisions in the Army during the British rule.
Congress leaders not only divided the country politically but also militarily. The military officers and men of pre-independence India , belonging to all communities fought the WWII together under the British.

Pakistan got a ready-made army at its birth. When Indian Muslims got Pakistan they also got a Muslim army carved out of the undivided Indian Army. This army produced Pakistani generals and officers who fought wars with India — the first full scale war being in 1965. This is history in living memory.

The Congress party having divided and ruled the country for decades is continuing with its dangerous game and monstrous thinking of doing a head count for the Army now.
