THE LOCALS SHOULD HAVE JOBS, LAND RIGHTS, AND BUSINESS ETC IN THEIR OWN STATE. OTHERS CAN WORK FEW YEARS AND CAN GO TO THEIR OWN STATE AND DEVELOP THEIR OWN STATE. Then only these other states will become developed states. THE CENTRAL GOVERNMENT MUST BRING THIS AS NEW LAW WITHOUT AFFECTING THE EXISTING PEOPLE. This should be done by non-violence method. The locals are the people who are living in present date in that state till say as on date, 2008. The central government and state governments must ensure uniform economic growth throughout the nation. Fixed assets like house, land property limit can be made. Then India can prosper. In every state and central the community category 1, category 2, category 3, category 4, up to category 10, can be made for All job, education, business, land, house etc reservation depending upon the population and one category must not migrate to another category and everybody will have reservation. THE SOCIAL SECURITY SCHEME FOR FOOD, CLOTHES, AND SHELTER MINIMUM MUST BE ENSURED IN THE RESPECTIVE STATE BY CENTRAL AND STATE GOVERNMENT. Then all problems will be solved and in the long run we Indians can live peacefully. Article 370, LIKE FOR J & K AND HIMACHAL PRADESH MUST BE EXTENDED TO ALL STATES TO PROTECT TO PROTECT REGIONAL CULTURES
