A Doctor will want his child to become a doctor, likewise an engineer, but why u people shout if a politician makes his child a minister....as long as that person is serving people.. why object ??

Here, his sons turned as criminals, and he is trying his level best to make his sons as politicians. One of his son served to public by killing 2 news paper employees since the published news was not in favor of him.

Hospital is Doctor's personal property. He can give it as inheritance to his son.

Political parties are not private property. Supposed to be made up of volunteers for a cause. Let their sons get elected democratically in the party. Give a fair chance.

Here the word "democracy" can be misused for their own personal interests. MK can argue that, all his sons are democratically elected. PXx6W

DMK is Divided Mu Karunanidhi (family). He decides to join government only because he is with one foot in the grave. And he wants that Ramsetu is destroyed during his lifetime.

Karunanidhi may be bad but development of shipping route in Palk straight is important. It is being delayed due to imaginary Ra m's bridge which was supposedly constructed by monkeys.

Congress needs them more than the need Congress. Without their support the PM will have to get more blackmailed or resign.

Congress knows how to pour money and make deals. karunanidi is not an easy guy he must have struck a big deal under the carpet.

A suggestion to Opposition parties in TN
by globalian on May 25, 2009 08:39 PM

If MK is alive until next assembly election, opposition parties can very well give promises to arrest him and keep him there in Jail until his death if his charges are proven. I think JJ only has the guts to do that. People of TN have been deceived by his words for the past 2 decades. In TN, people can't agitate to punish him, democratic way is the only choice. But, this time he should not allowed to escape from it's iron fists.

Take any field, VIPs want to bring their kith & kin with their influence to their field. Nehru brought Indira brought Rajiv brought Rahul, Devegowda brought Kumaraswamy, Karunanidhi brought Azhagiri, Amitabh brought Abhishek, Dharmendra brought Sunny Deol, Rakesh Roshan brought Hritikh Roshan etc.

But atleast in BJP, party president post is not reserved for a dynasty ... where as in congress, 70% of young MPs are out of dynastic compulsions ...
But you are right, to some extent, even BJP is getting into dynastic politics ... WIN or LOSE, BJP must not promote dynastic politics, BJP should retain this unique identity of not promoting dynastic politics

I agree with you.. so u r ready to accept a corruptive person with sound health to occupy a powerful seat.. i am not supporting karunanidhi.. but people accept him as he came from a long distance in his political life.. from 1956 to till now, he has won in all the elections, his screenplay works for the dream world (his screenplay for the tamil film `Parasakthi' is a masterpiece - which ran in cinemas for more than years, his literary tamil works, his stage play, thorough knowledge in administrative affairs.. please note, he hasn't even passed S.S.L.C., very jokingly sometimes he says, my qualification is M.A.B.F. means, March attempt but fail.. a leader from a very downtrodden community.. fought bravely with iron heart to win the social and political system which was once occupied by brahmins in tamilnadu and has grown to this extent.. his sons stalin and azhagiri are working for the party for more than 30 years..

we the people of india have given a very strong if not comprehensive verdict for the INC and Mr. ManMohan Singh. Now if you are among the minority who thought an LK Advani would have been a stronger prime minister sorry about that. The majority is willing to live by it. your thoughts are def not shared by the rest of the nation. at least a majority. so be contend or wait till next elections for a stronger PM
