It was MNS trailor by contesting this recent Loksabha Elections.. Let Assembly/BMC election come, Marathi Manoos will show stars in daytime to you all (expatriates) staying in Mumbai/Maharashtra
After a long time, we hear something positive from MNS chief. All these parties suffer from lack of intra party democracy. But, if he is able to project a plan for the development of Maharashtra, providing equal opportunities for all those who reside in Maharashtra (not just Marathi maanus), they he can be a winner. Hope he sticks to the blue print even after winning the elections!

violent acts never help. Maharashtra is not kashmir to have such a law that it stops others from coming it. Only when other states too develop will it stop this migration and overburdening of Mumbai. I agree Mumbai and other commercial centres are having a large number of migrants. But it cannot be solved by violent means. That means Raj will be behind bars and MNS on the fringe. It may even be banned if they take law into their hands.

Shalini Thackeray is a Marathi
This is how MNS defines Marathis in its election manifesto..
Who is a Maharashtrian, you may ask. My definition is simple. Those who are born in a Maharashtrian family are of course Marathi, but also those who are staying here for generations, respect the local culture and language of Maharashtra, irrespective of their caste, religion or State.
