The Hunt for Dynastic Power
by Ravi Bhaskaran on May 22, 2009 11:57 AM  | Hide replies

MK cannot walk or talk. Dont know if he can see with dark glasses. However through some gestures he wants all his family to have good posts, while TNadu will remain a backward state.

This is the state of our Nation. Keep fighting to make dynasties, families, power and of course lets not forget money.

Does MK make any demands for the people of TN who voted for him. Yes he does. please give me
one more wheelchair. When Kanmozhi is a 100 years old and president of DMK she will need it. She will be the mummy returns part 5.

I agree with you, recent survey is 60% is in poverty and below poverty line in TN. This is what he achived last 3 years bygiving free TV and 1 kg. But his family business is getter by all these freebies (increase in Sun TV/Kalaignar Tv network viewers / Rice smuggling )

Change your opinion. MK is much more better than Amma. You must come once to Chennai once to see what MK did and what Amma didn't. The people in tamil nadu are not fool. they elected the correct person who will work for them.

And who is that "Panty wala" calling us as Lungiwala. Mind your words man

DMK's Drama is not yet over!
by Murugan on May 22, 2009 11:56 AM  | Hide replies

DMK's Drama is not yet over!
All this drama well played by DMK and congress together.
Since people talks are agains DMK chief, He is playing this drama!
I guess what could happen in the near future..
DMK will project themselves as if they are not
much interested in getting ministries now. They will go back to chennai.
Soon or later congress may change their mind, and accept DMK's requirements...
then congress will share cabinets with rowdis, gundas, culprits...
At the end people we are fools...

DMK joining or not joining is not going to mean anything for cong, then why shd they (MMS and Sonia) spend sleepless nights discussing this over and over again? Is it because the DMK threatened to leak out the irregularities done by EC (headed by navin chawla) in most of the congress and allied ruled states (including TN) during the elections if they are not given the portfolios they r askin for?

Dear Rajan, while first part of your comment is acceptable, it shows your anger against system and the fact how helpless, we, the people are. But please do not pinpoint any race or caste (read Tamilians), we are all one and that is that way it has to be. We should rather be discouraging this divide which politicians do for their own benefits. Please do not succumb to their 'Divide and Rule' games. Best Regards...

It is high time that Cong shoud be firm on its stand. Now the DMK depends on Cong and not the other way around. But, Railway porfolio should be alloted to TN MPs beacuse TN has been ignored in development of Railway network since independence.

That cant be true. The former state minister for railways Velu has done so much to Tamil nadu by poaching lines from Kerala and carving a new division out of the Palakad division, starting trains from terminal stations in Tamil nadu like Nagarcoil and Thirunelveli instead of Trivandrum , converting the Madurai Shencotah line in Tamilnadu to broad gauge leaving Kollam Shencottah line in Kerala midway, closing down construction chief engineers office in Kerala and shifting it to Tamil nadu.....the achievements are endless.Railway in Tamilnadu grew at the expense of neighbouring kerala
