Even after seeing the mauling of Lalu Ji, Mulayam Ji,Mayawati Ji,Left in Bengal & Kerala, Dr. you still have the guts to do what your doing - is simply fantastic.

Your state people are watching. No wonder you and DMK may be thrown out like fly from Milk.

Dr. Klaignar you are giving proof that you are not a great leader but that you are a small leader!

dmks double standards in stateand center in power sharing
by balu kuppusamy on May 22, 2009 03:52 PM  | Hide replies

if the minority dmk government in tamilnadu headed by karunanidhi could armtwist and get congress to support its government from outside without sharing the ministerial berths in tamilnadu, what moral or legal right do they have to demand main portfolios in the center. Remember, the congressmen of the state have been frequently requesting for minesterial berths and was repeatedly snubbed by the cm ,citing understanding with the high command. But now, shamelessly and selfishly, mr.kalaingar with his poor health bound in wheel chair has come all the way to delhi trying to extract maximun for his family and his corrupt aides. if rahul has taken the decision, it should be hailed. If the dmk want to be outside supporters, the can be; after all the congress has been made to do so in the state. if theywithdraw support, let the congress do the same in tamilnadu and mr.karunanidhi will be reminded that he has to loose his government and face polls from the wheel chair. Crazy man, even in late eighties he has not lernt the political decency, selfish and shameless for power and money.

Well done Mr.Gandhi. You talked about corruption since you got comfortable nos. Had it been not so,will you reiterate the same. I still wonder how are you qualified to talk about corruption when you family is still under the clutches of BOFORS cickback and Quottorachi issue. Wasn't that corruption. Clean your house first.

Honesty in politics
by Jaiprakash Gupta on May 22, 2009 03:48 PM  | Hide replies

Almost every politician talk of serving the people honestly and sincerely, but it is rare to see the actual WILL to act honestly in general and in particular in India as we see raarely any politician has clean immage, leave a few who can be numbered on fingure. But what Mr Rahul Gandhi is trying to show is not a "show", He can transform the country into super power and India which is on TOP of corrupt list can come come down.
I really wish Mr. Rahul to be successful in eradicating corruption and keep away corrupt politician from Ministrial berth. If I find my self of any contribution in his goal, I shall feel proud of ,myself.

by brave dave on May 22, 2009 03:48 PM

Its the shame to DMK leader and his MPs who allegedly reported that the auction inj spectrum, and some corruptions have played a vital role. Mr Karunanidhi is not asking for his members but to his family... soon he may take India for his family....
