Youth doesn't mean honest
by bozo on May 23, 2009 06:53 PM  | Hide replies

The younger generation MPs. so called, are children of ex-MPs or political leaders. I know a lot of sincere Congress/BJP and other party youth who would never get any chance to contest elections due to their lack of background.
What is so great about having a 26 year old MP ? Such inexperienced persons may prove to be a bane for the nation. Rajiv Gandhi became PM at 40 and he was an absolute disaster not just for the country but also for his party!

With The Kangress coming back to Power, despite so many failures, it is back to the age old Rule of Kings & Emperors which were taken over by successive generations.

Party Symbol
by Narasimha on May 23, 2009 01:35 PM  | Hide replies

Though my views are not connected with Dynastic Rule in India. My view is that "Palm" party symbol given to Congress party should be withdrawn immediately. Election Commission should not allot any parts of the Human parts body as a party symbols for election purpose. This palm symbol to Congress party is creating problems to other parties, generally while wishing the people in visible distance we wish with showing our hand it becomes difficult to other parties when ever they organise public meetings and they unable to wish the gathering with hand because it is unfortunately alloted to Congress party as a symbol to them. Please think about it is it not reasonable.

Depending upon each others wish, each party can use their own area or body parts for greeting people. Dont worry..boy..we have a huge body with so many parts..

Why don't you use some other part of your body to greet others? I think you know what I mean...
