How many Cabinet Berths AP should get?

DMK with 18 and Mamata with 19 MPs are demanding 10 ministerial berths out of which atleast 4 of Cabinet Rank.
If Congress agrees, how many YS Rajasekhar Reddy should get for Andhra Pradesh which turned out 33 MPs?
AP Should get atleast 15 Ministerial berths out of which 7 should be of Cabinet Rank!
At worse, can YSR get at least as many as his neighbour Karunanidhi manages to get?
P.S. When the whole of India is getting rid of Yadavs, YSR is bringing them back! LOL!
