The whole logic is based on the wrong premise that the caste system is surviving because of Brahmins.
There are two main issues they are overlooking. one is that in states like Tamilnadu where the Brahmins have been totally marginalised and partially driven out, the sate problem is still very predominant. There are political parties for Vanniars, Nadars, Thevars and Mudaliars and Naidus. Second is in most if not all case of atrocities and violence against dalits, the perpetrators are the second and third castes and not the brahmins. If brahmins are responsibkle why do you still have two tumbler system in Tamilnadu, even in the centres like Erode and Salem which are the main centres of EV Ramasweami Naicker, the leading light of these Brahmin baiter.
Till the time brahmins r there we won't see caste equality.caste will remain there but since caste is only an identity it should not be seen as upper or lower caste.But the mentality of brahmins won't let it become a reality.Brahmins belief that they r the superior race that they r born from the head of brahma,that they can only become priest, that they only have the right to study in kashi for vedas, that they only can become dwivedi,trivedi or chaturvedi.Till that time my bros and sis caste will be an issue and I will support likes of mayawatis minus any mishra,sharma,aiyar or nayyar.Remove brahmins from the top positions u will see india shining and u will india at peace with all of its neighbours.

Well said ,actually now the stage is that every SC candidate thinks it as his birthright to get and sit on the top seat without qualification at all. Nowadays its a fashion and well known fact that general category must leave India as only SC/ST/OBC caders are going to live in India. I blame Laloos/Paswans and top of all that SOB V.P Singh.Arjun singh in the last cabinet also created lot of controversies. Offcourse it has risen the standard of most of the SC/ST/OBC caders but in the bargain most of time we dont know if we are going to come out alive out of a hospital as most of the doctors from this quota system dont have a clue about their job and worst than jhola shap docs.
Caste and communities are not new in the world. Xianity which boasts on one religion carries 100s of caste itself. May be in the name of denominations or chruches.
Islam, the same. They have multiple divisions within themselves.
Anywheer more than 10 people gather you will find some sort of divisions and eventually it will become an interest group. India being the oldest nation it evolved as strong.
Britishers made it official. Our foolish democracy didn't do anything to remove it from their side.
So it became official. Otherwise it could have been eliminated. Bad leaders.
Indira Gandhi led India to nuclear test in 1974 at Pokhran and made sure that Pakistan did not do such test. AB Vajpayee led India to nuclear test in 1998 and encouraged Pakistan to do such test. Now Pakistan has stockpiles of nuclear arsenal and has become a headache for the whole world especially India. I wish AB Vajpayee had acted more smartly and pressurised Pakistan to not conduct the nuclear test. All their stolen nuclear technology would have gone useless, had they not tested it then. Now AlQaeda and Taliban are close to acquiring these nuclear weapons, What could we do as a responsible country ?

Post Babri, BJP did not FORESEE that propagating Hinduism will intrinsically IGNITE Casteism in India.
As per Mandal Commission, 54% Indians are BCs and 25% SC/STs. And these Communities will eventually INSULATE themselves from BJP's Hinduism.
Hence BC/SC/ST leaders like Lalu, Mulayam, Paswan, and Mayawati, Uma etc have emerged. Kumaraswamy, Naveen Patnaik, Nitish Kumar are also deserting BJP's Hinduism.
