For the first time after Babri Masjid demolition have the Muslims voted for Congress across India in a big way this time round. They also voted to some extent in 2004 but only tactically in order to prevent BJP out of power although they didnot accept Congress from their heart. Like choosing the lesser evil. The Malegaon blast investigations and the pointing finger on the RSS backed Hindu groups in the terror events have largely helped restoration of confidence of Muslims in the Congress.

* Advani has FAILED to answer MMS's simple question till date. * What did Advani accomplish for India? (covertly demolishing BABRI MASJID?) * MMS personal contribution to India is inking NUCLEAR DEAL with Nuclear Suppliers Group. * And MMS defied Communists to get the deal ratified in the Parliament.
And nuclear deal is a win-win proposition. tr . im/lphj

for the country. Those of us who allowed ourself to be deceived into thinking that Conparty is secular and BJP is communal deserve that. It is amazing that we create history by accepting a foreigner and otherwise not too competent person to head our country. We will pay very dearly for this unforgivable lapse. I think this also happened because Advani of today is not the same as he was two decades ago. BJP and its leadership needs to do some very honest soul searching and get back its image of a principled party in the interest of the country. I wish those of us who have realised that the Conparty lead by the Italian is the most communal should enlighten other ignorant indians who are towing the italian like the sheep which follow the buthcer.

C'On. The person has spent his entire life in the public. And MMS never asked "What Advani accomplished for India?", in that tone.
The BJP strategized and campaigned very poorly. Lately it has become personality oriented and issueless. It could not bring the govt. to mat under any issue and instead chose to personally attack MMS. Paid the price for it.

State power denotes the ultimate strength. Indian state is a powerful one that is slated to become a SUPERPOWER - ANY ONE HOW POWERFUL HE MIGHT BE CANNOT SHY AWAY FROM THAT RESPONSIBILITY. MMS will rise to the occasion, he has to oblige to the faith people of India reposed in him. May God give him strength and courage to cruise the nation through this BIG AGE OF TRANSFORMATION.

Then Why is the BJP behaving that way? Why did the BD and SRS vented the New life pastores anger on christians in general. You dont express your anger properly and people have to guess what went wrong. Infact christians never had the clue why Churches were attaked. It was too late when people knwe who was wrong
Respected Dr. Singh, I as well as millions of fellow Indians would agree, that we are proud to have you back at the helm. I was in the Delhi School of economics(2000-2002), and had the opportunity of inviting you to our annual conevention in 2001, which you could'nt because of certain compulsions. I have got a glimpse of you at the Delhi School, a simple and sober man; and it just warms me up from within to see you as one of the most venerated leaders of the world. Many many congratulations, respected sir, and may India shine in your leadership. Rupendu Bhowmick
