Yep, that's why the haven't made voting compulsory till date. The more the peoples vote the more congress chances of victory goes bleak.

Also, by keeping the elections in April/May they make sure that most peoples either wont vote due to weather or have gone to their native places. Rest these illegal migrants will definitely vote for CON since they don't have anywhere to go and are safe under their government.

Well done congress. Well done.

Result of congress coming to power
by sunil sunee on May 19, 2009 04:24 PM  | Hide replies

Still congress has to form the GOVT and already there is a basic problems. This is how congress ruled India for all these years and now they are continuing it again. They will act as if they are really working for the welfare of the people and for the country only to gain the votes. And once they come to power they will not turn back at all. They will return to the people only for the next elections. Even people who vote for congress has to think twice. And this is the example of the congress GOVT. OMG Please Save India from the hands of Congress led UPA govt.

Power Cuts A disaster Govt macheinary Work
by Amit Chutani on May 19, 2009 04:23 PM

The both state Govt especially the Haryana Govt is busy selling power to New Delhi Private Electric Companies NDPL & BSES to make money
The power is expensive in Haryana as compared to Delhi and is less available in haryana
Power cuts are the biggest reqard given by govt for voting in the Paliament elections and now again the legislative elections will start again power will be sufficient and when elections over there will be excuses like agriculture require more electricity

All this is bullshit and more of a vote begging technique
