since congress has upper hand, TC and DMK will have to be content with small and misc. cabinet portfolio's.
No MP in UPA is suitable for external affairs. No MP in UPA wants home ministry. There is rush for finance ministry, surface ministry and commerce ministry.

Democracy is an Eyewash by the so-called Intellectuals.
Since in India we have seen lots of Riots, Loots, Conversion, Destroy since last 1000 years in Mughal, British and Congress era.
People in India, vote for Religion, Caste, Language, basis. Because they fear if one pro-community or pro-religion party will come they will destroy their culture or religion.
Its my views India should have a Democratic President rule where President and other members are elected as per their qualification and Experiance like all other Indians are doing for their livelihood
