When was TN given more portfolios. Can't you see that TN is given portfolios bases on the formula worked out by UPA.

It is not stupid regional parties. It is stupid parties should be thrown out. It is for citizens to not vote for those parties. Solution is very simple as long as citizens are not short sighted or dumb. Unfortunately, they are both.
