knowing hindi or english is not necessary. there are several translators (gazzetted rank officers) in all the major indian languages in lok nsabha secratariat. even if a hard of hearing man is elected as a speaker he should be provided with all facilities to conduct the business.

if a member cannot speak either English or Hindi then he should get disqualified and send back from parliament
What if DMK is given only one ministarial berth? What if they threaten they wont support congress? What happens then, if AIDMK supports congress and wont bargain for any ministerial cabinet? JJ made a grave mistake when she dumbed BJP , and withdrew support 11 yrs ago, and supported congress. KK was smart to support, seeing the trend on BJPs way, got more seats and since then, he was more smart than JJ and that resulted him to be in central power with more seats, and continuing to be in it for 15 yrs till 2014. But spending 25c on buying votes, and to gain back the investment, he needs the portfolios, what he is asking. Maybe Dayanidhi again would split with him, as he wont get any minister post. KK made another smart move to patch up with him before election , to secure more seats.

It is very fascinating to know that Karunanidhi wants Ministry of Shipping and Transport to his son M.K Azhagiri. What does he knows about shipping? is he competent enough to atleast read the shipping terms forget about understanding them. It is mockery of our democracy and the entire world will laugh at him becoming the Shiiping minister. Further, rediff has appreciated his feat of wiping our Vaiko, who, in comparison with Azahagiri is a good parlimentarian and knowledgeable and learned more so a decent politician. Even a samll child would say that P.Chidambaram, Azhagiri, T.R. Baalu have all won by terrorising the voters, giving them money forcibly, with the tacit understanding and support of Congress and the Chief Election Commissiooner of India, Navin Chawla, who has closed his eyes for the complaints raised by other contestants, This had happended in the bye election held for Thirumangalam assembly constituency too, where the votinf percentage had dramatically increased from 30% at about 1530 Hours to 80% within 90 minutes of the scheduled closure of voting. Hi, how can you say that giving money for voters is terrorising people? For heading a ministry, one need not to be an expert in that field, mere commonsense will do, that Azhagiri has got a lot. When M.K.could make a 10th class drop out house wife a Home Minister(Radhika Selvi), he can very well demand Shipping and Surface Transport for Azhagiri, otherwise he has to demand Defense Ministry in that he has a lot of expertise.

They can't betray tamils like that. They have to give minimum of 5, else next election they will loss. If a betrayer like LALU / Paswan wants a cabinet ministry, why can we, who supported them.
