Re-induction of Raja & Baalu
by Akram on May 18, 2009 01:38 PM  | Hide replies

Congress has done the right thing by strictly saying no to Baalu and Raja as ministers. Two cabinet ministers from DMK could be Maran, Azhagiri with 2 Mos going to Kanimozhi and a New face.

Induction of Raaja and Baalu will send wrong signals

Cong should ask RJD and JD-s To merge with Congress now in their respecive states. The way its going there is no life for Lalu or JDs..only thing they can merge with Cong and make congress Stronger in their respective state. In return Cong may give ministerial berth to lalu and kumarswamy

utterly disappointed by BJP's performance.
they could have performed much better.

But the good part is that Lalu paswan and CPM are washed out.
next in the queue should be mayawati mulayam and DMK. Then our country will be much better placed.

Heaven ASUNDER
Re: Re: I am

Muslims are 20% of the total population of India and they do tactical voting. Rahul cannot take all the credit for Cong's great comeback in U.P. No doubt he has worked tirelessly in U.P. and Cong managed 20-25% of the vote share up from 7-8% in 2004. This cannot happen overnight just because Rahul was there. Rahul was there in 2004 too when the Cong vote share went up marginally unlike this time around. The difference this time is Muslim vote. Muslims shunned Mulayam because he shook hands with Kalyan Singh whom Muslims perceive as one of the key politicians involved in Babri demolition and they went back to Congress as they were tired of both Mayawati and Mulayam who are opportunist leaders just using the Muslims as a vote bank(see what happened to Azam Khan -the founder of SP who revolted against Amar -Mulayam for going with Kalyan). And see where the BSP is today, Mayawati's dream of becoming P.M. are dashed and she holds Muslims responsible for it.The omnipresent Dalit Elephant just proved to be an over-inflated balloon which deflated without Muslim support . Ex-Maulana Mulayam is next to face muslims's wrath. He is down but still barely managed to be NO.1 in U.P. because of the consolidation of backward votes. And this is what BJP and RSS should realize, they cannot afford to be anti-muslim and still get clos to simple majority. Its simply not possible. Its simple Poll Arithmetic. so beware of MUSLIMS !!! they are the greatest force to reckon with in India's democracy.

It is not rhe win for the congress
by Indian on May 18, 2009 01:36 PM  | Hide replies

It is only a luck.
UP- When Kalyan joined hand with SP, all Minority people turned towards congress,
AP-Telugu desham vote is pulled by Chiru, Gain for Congress. If you compare the vote share it is same as last election for congress in AP.
Rajastan - BJP internal problem Gujjar issue.
Maharashtra- Sena family fight.
WB-People disillutioned by cummis. But no second choise than Tranamul.
If you analyse properly it is not Rahul BABA Magic. It is just opportunity.

In Congress Full credit is given for win to Sonia or Rahul but whenever the loose it is because of Party Workers. This is going on continuosly. In this election the Media is singing for the success in UP as Rahul Factor But they are not saying a single word for the dismal performance in Bihar. Why this double strategy by the Media. Will any media man reply for the same

the same could also be attributed to BJP with the dead of Rajiv congress lost the most charismatic leader and led a vacum in center which led BJP to rule at center for 6 years.

It is also luck , but fortune always favours the brave.

ALL INDIAN BROTHERS & SISTERS , please do not fight upon party loyalty. Instead we must rejoice upon the rise of ONE, of the TWO national level parties, which has provided much stability to our country and cut down the CHINESE INTERFERENCE by you know who. I AM MUCH GLAD and I WISH ALL OF YOU 5 YEARS OF accelerated DEVELOPMENT and PROSPERITY. In the next elections also, one of these TWO parties should win and with clear majority of 273 seats.

Congress and RJD real facts of election
by IndiaForce India on May 18, 2009 01:31 PM

congress as per election commission website polled only 28.67 % votes out of only 605 polled all over country.RJD even after setting up their own morcha got 1.27 % votes only.this party has thus no stand at all and Lalloo should be thrown out from government and asked to sit in opposition.he has no standing on India basis.in fact State parties and others have got maximum votes of 38%. This shows that congress has managed to get mandate from only 60%x28%= 17% voters in India and cant call themselves leading party. This is position after 60 years.they should understand this stark truth. It is time congress reforms themselves and start behaving and set going price reduction in economy, law and order improvement and development issues.Judicial reforms are badly needed.Employment has to be generated and congress should stop religious vote bank politics and mere lip service.
