several reasons
by RKrishna on May 17, 2009 09:05 PM  | Hide replies

Stars live in their own world, he doesnt even know the reality.
He has no clarity on his own 'social justice' and 'change'.
He had no prior record of social service(except his blood bank)
All parties sell tickets, but first timer party shouldnt do that, Media reports PRP did.
No clarity on his 'welfare schemes' whatsoever.
He should have worked with Loksatta if he genuinely felt for the people.
Wrong candidates in both Godavari districts.
Encouraging 'migratory birds' is big mistake.
With no 'exclusive political skills' facing both YSR and CBN is really tough task.
Allu Aravind, his own brother-in-law is big minus for him.

The Megastar is actually a CLOWN
by Chandramouli Prasad on May 17, 2009 09:00 PM

Other than ensuring YSR 5 more years to plunder the state, Chiru has scored a big zero in politics. His greed for money has come through for the world to see. His family members thought that he could take people for a ride. Just hope he goes back to films, but even there I guess his fans realise that his real life and reel life image are far from the truth. He is no star, but a CLOWN!

Why voters did not trust Chiru?
by New York on May 17, 2009 08:57 PM

Both his daughters SUSHMITHA and SRIJA knew the REAL Chiranjeevi instead of REEL Chiranjeevi YOU and I know.
And both of them NOT trusted him.
SRIJA ran-away and filed a case in Delhi High Court seeking PROTECTION against Chiranjeevi.

Reel Role is Suitable for Chiranjeevi.
by cm dhingra on May 17, 2009 08:55 PM

This was title of news item in today's Times of India.
Had Chiranjeevi been a North Indian, no body would have bothered for a Film Star. See how BJP dumped Dharmendra & Congress dumped Govinda and people Vinod Khanna in Gurdasspur.
But people in South India make these Film Stars as Gods as they made Gemini Ganeshan, MGR & NTR.

Chiru

People likes you as hero in movies, but in the real state every politician as acting as hero, people are not able to find out who is the actual hero, because now a days politics are like that...
Your concept is really good "Change in state" but how people can trust you(Frankly), they need proof: find the issues in the state, come closely with the people and do the best solutions. need to work with your team too.
All the best for next time.
Regards-Naresh

Chiru and Loksatta did max damage to TDP by splitting anti-congi vote. Chiru can never think of attaining power.... he thought of himself too much. He should have stature and be honest not selling party tickets like cinema tickets... good lesson for him.

TDP and PRP by not having any Alliance with BJP got what they sowed. Especially TDP should remember that it won because of BJP in the past. Now TDP will be dead by the next election time.
